DRIVER'S LICENCE

Now I'm going to the driving school!!! Today I studied about indicator and so on. To study at driving school is very fun for me!!! I enjoyed today's class :) And I'll drive a car on Saturday!!!!!! It will be my first drive. I'm looking forward to driving!!! Can I drive well? My family and friends say, 'You can't drive well! I don't want to ride a car you drive.' .... ;( No!!! I don't think so!!! I'm sure that I can drive well!!!!! I'll do my best on Saturday! :D

If I get a driver's licence, shall we drive with me? :)

Hi Chie,

It sounds like you're excited about beginning to drive at driving school. I hope you'll continue to do your best driving at all times, especially right after you get your license. That's usually not a particularly good time to go for drives with your friends in the car, because they may steal your attention from the large machine that you'll be operating, and the ever-changing environment in which you'll be operating it.

Cheers.

Hi, Pab. Thank you for your comment!

Yes, it's so fun for me to drive! I'm studying many things to be a good driver. I swear you and me that I absolutely drive safely with concentration! If I'll get a driver's license, let's go to drive!! :D

Thank you very much! :)

I'm glad to hear that you'll stay focused on driving whenever you drive. When you get your license, what will you do for wheels?

For wheels? That is... for example, I'll polish wheels, or I'll tresure wheels? (・ω・*)

Er, mmm, no (:D) - as in meals-on-wheels!

When in doubt, try the Merriam-Webster dictionary at the foot of the Writing Studio Blog (or on the Writing Studio glossaries, dictionaries, and references page?).

I believe it's definition 9 of 10.

Oh, you said, what do I want to do with car? For example, I wanna go to drive to sea, or drive with Milktea. Is that correct??? :D

I'll use that dictionary! Thank you.

Er, mmm, no (:D) - "... for a car" - that is, to get one: beg, borrow, buy, or steal?

Just for the record, that was the wiki Vocabulary References page.
